VILLA ATHENA
We provide well furnished, clean and quiet apartments, in a prime location in Tingaki - Kos Island
A small private road, just off the seafront road leads to "Villa Athena", standing in private gardens, in quiet, peaceful surroundings.
Villa Athena, brand new in 2003, is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tingaki. Away from the main street of the resort with its shops, bars and tavernas - a 10/15 min walk along the beach road.
Nearest mini market and taverna is 5 minute walk away. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette inc. 2 cooking rings, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom has either twin or kingsize bed and doors leading to private patio. The living area has 2 sofas which are the 3rd/4th beds when needed (proper bed mattresses). Bathroom with shower in each, satalite TV, digital safe and all are air-conditioned (a small extra charge). For those who prefer a swimming pool there are 2 our guests can use, both a 2 min walk away, facing the sea. Each apartment is fairly spacious, ranging from 32-40sq m. There are 2 larger ones which can accommodate upon request a 5th person, still having space to spare.

The only extras are for the use of air-conditioning at 5 Euros per day if needed
If there is a family requesting a 5th bed in 1 of the larger apartments we ask for an extra 5 Euros per day.
DISABLED PERSONS
As all apartments are on ground floor and one level I can say they are suitable for disabled persons. The actual resort and access to it is very flat and suitable for the disabled. A number of our guests last year were wheelchair users, however please do contact us and advise us and ask the questions you feel necessary. Owners Louise and Nikos live on site so we are always around to give a helping hand and will ensure everything is made as comfortable as possible for you.
FAMILIES
Families with small children have found us to be the perfect place, in a spacious apartment with private gardens away from the main road and close to the beach and pools. Families with young babies are most welcome, having a baby myself I have all the equipment ever needed by any mother bringing a baby on holiday. From cradle or cot to car seat, pushchair, sterilizer and toys?just be in touch beforehand.
